Private lessons are suitable for anybody that wishes to intensively focus on a specific aspect of filmmaking. I would like to emphasize this is not tutoring, rather lessons where I intend for students to develop critical thinking and analysis through course work and occasional homework.
When my students finish courses, I wish to have them at a level of competency where they understand the tools necessary for they're area of focus, they have a small body of work suitable for a portfolio, they have a base understanding of the client/contractor process, and they're comfortable conversing on a technological and creative level with working professionals in the film industry.
Here are some possible focus points:

*if these focus points are not suitable, contact me for consultation!
**Also to be noted, some of these focus points may not seem related to the film industry. From experience, I promise they are all tied in one way or another, and a large part of my lessons firmly express that relationship. Web design can boost a film's market and distribution, photography is cinematography at it's core, and photoshop/illustrator are essential tools if you're going to be production's graphic designer!
The cost is $50/hr and lessons typically take place every other week for 2 hours.
